STARTTLS support for SMTP

Mailcatcher now supports STARTTLS for SMTP connections, allowing you to send emails securely over an encrypted connection.

Previously, Mailcatcher only accepted plain SMTP connections on port 1026. With this update, you can now enable STARTTLS by connecting via port 1027, providing better security while keeping full compatibility with existing setups.

What’s new:

• Secure SMTP connections using STARTTLS
• New SMTP port 1027 for STARTTLS-enabled clients
• Existing plain SMTP on port 1026 remains supported

This enhancement makes Mailcatcher easier to integrate with modern email clients and frameworks that require encrypted SMTP connections.
