Change User Roles

Admins can now manage the roles of other users in their organisation. A new "Change role" action in the user table dropdown lets you switch any member between the Admin and User roles.

Each user now also shows a role badge (Owner / Admin / User) directly in the user table for a quick overview of permissions.
